Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 5-10 business days depending on destination.
We utilize USPS and regional carriers to ensure your packages arrive safely. For larger or fragile items, we offer a flat-rate shipping option to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.
Return Policy
We believe in the integrity of the earth and the honesty of our tools. To ensure your journey toward self-reliance is grounded in trust, we have established these return terms for our community.
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact.
Process: Please contact us to initiate a return. We will provide a return authorization code and instructions for shipping the item back to our apothecary.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
